Lost BAP Files is a first beat tape released in 2016 thru the Beat Tape Co-Op site, by Bosnian hip-hop producer, Kolaps.

"Growing up listening to producers like DJ Premier, The Alchemist, J Dilla, Showbiz, and list goes on, I have period in my life where I was making only "Premo type a beats" , "Dilla type a beats", or "Just Blaze type a beats". I was so inspired by all these producers, and not having my own style by that time, I was kinda practice my workflow, and trying to build my own signature sound by studying their music. Back in the days, I dig for Premo's and J Dilla's instrumentals and beat tapes, and searching for that open sounds, like kicks and snares and use them in my work.Just some nerd shit. As time goes by, I was stuck with like 17-20 beats that sounds like,well.. like they not coming from me, and there we are. The most important lesson that I learned during this period while I was making this beat is to be original. I still drive myself crazy, cause til this day, I still don't feel that I have my own signature sound, but I notice the progress in my work, and every day there is a new thing that I learn,when it comes to beats and producing, so never give up on yourself. It's not bad to going thru different styles of music and beats to find your own thing."
